We have purchased, remodeled and sold houses, duplexes and apartment buildings in the Minneapolis area since 1983 and are always looking to acquire distressed property that with hard work and good management will provide excellent upside returns.

We have turned hundreds of units and our current portfolio is an inventory of houses and duplexes that will be sold and apartment buildings that range in size from 8 units to 72 units that are being held for long term investment.  Total current owned units are approximately 380.

We are able to raise cash of up to 5 million for safe projects and will look at most any thing.  Residential, Commercial or Retail that has good upside our portfolio is quit diverse and we would like to keep it that way.
